The present invention relates to a sealed coupler for corrugated pipes or conduits.
For existing corrugated flexible tubes designed for drainage of sludge) and wiring of electric cables, there are ways to connect them to each other, based on putting the sheath on the butt gluing it. This type of compound has disadvantages associated with the use of glue. Additional time is required by the consumer, glue leakage is possible, the pipeline and the coupling cannot be reused.
The coupling of the present invention can be used with any type of fittings, for example, elbows, crosspieces. y / or T-joints, end elements in which joints of rigid pipes with corrugated or corrugated pipes with corrugated joints occur.
In FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a coupling in accordance with an embodiment of the invention; in FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the sleeve of FIG. 1 with a corrugated pipe inserted.
The coupling 1 contains a housing 2 with an open end 3, which includes a corrugated pipe. The other end 4 is shown for a threaded connection with a junction box or the like. However, this end may have a structure that matches any type of connection or fitting. The size of the hole 5 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the corrugated flexible pipe.
Hole 5, as shown in fig. 2, has a tapering part 6, remote from the end 3 and which ends with an annular bead 7 formed in conjunction with an opening of a smaller diameter 8. The bead should have an appropriate width.
Between the ends of the holes in the area of constant diameter are two elastic locking element 9, which are formed in the walls of the aforementioned holes 5 and

Thus, when securing the coupler 1 to the corrugated flexible pipe, as shown in FIG. 2, the pipe is pushed into the hole 5, and the protrusion 10 is shaped so that the corrugations rest on the inclined part 11, pushing the protrusions 10 away from the hole. Then the pipe is pushed into the tapering part 6, in which the pipe can fit snugly to the annular shoulder 7.
With further pushing of the pipe into the tapering section 6, it is compressed, due to the reduction of the diameter of the tapering part, thus forming a tight joint. The protrusions 10 enter the hollows of the corrugations of the pipe, while the surface 12 of the protrusion is adjacent to the rib of the corrugations, preventing the pipe from leaving the hole 5; moreover, the ribs are tightly adjacent to the walls of the tapering section of the hole.
In another embodiment of the invention, instead of a tapering portion of the hole, an elastic seal is used that abuts the end of the pipe or its walls, providing a seal, or the elastic seal can work in the same way as the tapering section described above.
To facilitate the operation of the locking elements, there is a recess 13, shown in Fig. 1 and 2, which forms a thin-walled portion in which the locking elements enter the clutch. This helps to increase the elasticity of the locking element, therefore, if they try to remove the pipe, the force of the corrugations on the surface 12 will create a bending moment on the locking element, which will press the protrusion 10 deeper into the cavity of the pipe, preventing the pipe from being pulled out of the sleeve.
In the presence of the locking means described above, the corrugated pipe can be removed using the appropriate tool, which is inserted into the hole 14, pushing the tabs from the hole 5.
This coupling can be used to connect electrical insulating pipes, for filtering connections, for vacuum systems, including vacuum cleaners, irrigation corrugated pipelines, and also to protect the power supply of lawn mowers.

Claim
1. Sealed coupling for tight attachment to the pipe, comprising a casing with a channel with an open end for entry of a pipe having a ridge near the end of the sealing means located in the channel at a distance from the open end, and an axially located elastic finger having a free located far from the open end of the channel, the end with a protrusion extending from the free end of the finger into the channel, characterized in that a thin-walled section is made at the base or near the base of the finger.

3. A sleeve according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the finger has an inclined platform at the bottom that rises near the protrusion from the finger to the apex between the ends of the finger.
